FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. Orders

All express and overnight orders are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS). Pricing for expedited shipping is calculated at check-out based on shipping destination.

Orders received after 2pm will be processed the next business day. Our warehouse staff needs time off too so we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Free Reign may be able to ship orders outside the US. Please contact hello@freereignstyle.com and provide shipping details and we will get back to you by email if we can accommodate the request and with the estimated shipping charges. Overseas shipments are not returnable or exchangeable. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All unworn and unwashed tank tops with tags attached purchased through the Free Reign website can be returned within 30 days of receipt.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your return is accepted. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Free Reign has the right to refuse returns that are no longer able to be sold due to exposure to deodorant, fragrance or animal hair.

Science and medical professionals are working to understand how COVID-19 is transmitted. For the safety of all during the COVID-19 pandemic, please consider not returning or exchanging your tank. 

Please follow the instructions below for returns & exchanges:

  1. Email us at hello@freereignstyle.com and please include the following information:
    1. Order number
    2. Reason for the return
    3. Indication if you would like a refund or an exchange

Please mail your return to: Free Reign Returns, 1010 Westmore Avenue, Rockville, MD  20850, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. 

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Your payment will be refunded within 10 business days of when returned items are received. 

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive returned items shipped by customer selected postal services.
